Courtyard Winston-Salem Downtown

super comfy bed and sofa! very nice bathroom, plenty of towels and toiletries, love the mounted TV with the swivel so you can watch anywhere in the room. love the fire pit/alleyway area outside the lobby as well. staff was friendly and made check-in/check-out a breeze!

I particularly liked the staff here! They were friendly, helpful, and patient. I would especially like to shout out the two women who checked me in and out, and the gentleman who helped remove a mistaken charge from my card. They were thorough, patient, diligent, and accurate. The staff was really outstanding!

The staff were knowledgeable and courteous. The room was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in.

How clean the rooms was and how I didn't have to ask for towels or other stuff

I love this hotel. Large comfortable room. simple hip decor. The cafe in the lobby has a great small menu all day, The indoor pool has outdoor seating to catch some sun and read. And its located next-door to a book store, coffee shop and a brewery. Also has convenient off street parking. And the staff was wonderful. what's not to like!
